Warranty Exclusions & Limitations: Not covered by any warranty; Abuse, belt clips, belt holders, belt loops, any type of commercial use or industrial use, military use, hard use, normal wear & tear, accident, abuse, heavy use, misuse, neglect, acts of god, improper use or disassembly, installation, maintenance, alteration, repair, any modification, normal wear & tear, water damage, defaced, unreadable, removed serial numbers, tamper labels or other factory markings, other specific & non-specific area's and / or other. Failure to follow dealers, sellers or manufacturers instructions, failure to read instruction manuals, failure to contact manufacturer for support / warranty issue is neglect and is not covered by any warranty! Discontinued items, discontinued devices or discontinued products are not covered by warranty and/ or support, this includes available products for discontinued devices. Shipping, handling and processing return fee's are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required & warranties are to the actual buyer & are not transferable. All returns are subject to examination for alleged defects, technician fee's and / or other return or shipping fee's may apply at an additional expense. All non-defective returns will be discarded at the customers expense. Other terms, policies, conditions & restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice. Any signs of abuse, misuse, negligence, improper operation, improper use, failure to follow manufacturer’s instruction, failure to contact manufacturer for support / warranty, normal wear & tear are not covered by any warranty. Warranties & Returns do not cover damages caused by accident, caused by abuse, any type of commercial use or industrial use, military use, hard use, misuse, neglect, acts of god, improper use or disassembly, installation, maintenance, alteration, repair, any modification, normal wear & tear, water damage, defaced, unreadable, removed serial numbers or other factory markings, other specific & non-specific area's or other issues, terms, conditions or any other wording not covered here. Discontinued items or products are usually Not Covered By any Warranty or Support. Shipping and Handling charges are always additional charges for warranty or any returns. Returns received back that are not defective as described may be discarded, may be sent back to the customer with shipping charges, technician fee's and other service charges that will be charged to your credit card. Technician & other service charges may be applied to your return for examination; this is an additional charge that will be charged. Manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace the product at their discretion. Please note: Most Returns Need an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) & proper return information issued by the manufacturer, vendor, distributor, store, dealer or other, as well as your actual paid receipt! If you send a product back without an RMA # , Receipt & or / Other it is usually not be accepted, you will not be refunded, exchanged, replaced or credited back! Owner's Responsibilities: The owner shall demonstrate reasonable care in the use of the product, maintain & keep the product clean, avoid damage to the product and other normal care of the all products. Proof of purchase must be presented to the warranty provider to obtain warranty service. The customer must provide proof of purchase with actual invoice that includes the date of purchase, purchasers full name & address, product name, model number, serial number and the name and address of the seller. Other terms & conditions may also apply from the warranty provider.
OEM or Original = Original Equipment Manufacturers Brand. Parts & Accessories are warranted by the Manufacturer. Examples are Products actually manufactured by the brand name or company: Audiovox, LG, Motorola, NEC, Nextel, Nokia, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony - Ericsson. Other Brand Name = Other Major manufacturers that produce OEM and aftermarket accessories. Manufactured by 2nd or 3rd Party Manufacturers, Products are usually equal to or exceed OEM accessories or parts. Parts & Accessories are usually warranted by the Manufacturer. Examples: Arc, Armorcase, Antenna Specialists, Avanti, Industrial Strength Cellular, Jabra, Plantronics, Platinum, Rim, Wireless Solutions and many others.
